    Overall objective of the project:

    The project aims to increase the social and methodological abilities of teachers of the branches of State Enterprise “BGVTC” to work with youth at risk in the labor market and develop their personal qualities such as adult educators.

    Its results will create conditions for improving competitiveness and increasing the competitive power of unemployed youth from vulnerable groups in the labor market through the implementation of a complex of measures to meet their specific training needs.

    Specific objectives :

    • Systematization of the specific needs of teachers training
    • Research the experience of training institutions in Germany and Austria
    • Development of a model for the preparation of youth at risk for full inclusion in the vocational training curriculum and training program for teachers and multipliers
    • Development of a Guide for Teachers
    • Training of trainers and multipliers
    • Testing of the developed documents (model curriculum , curriculum and leadership) through social experiment with unemployed youth at risk

    Target group:

    Training in branches of State Enterprise “BGVTC” conducting vocational training and the acquisition of key abilities of unemployed registered in labor offices of disadvantaged groups in the labor market , mainly young people under 29 years.

    Results:

    Two work visits in Germany and Austria

    • Identified two models (German and Austrian) for preparation of adult educators working with youth at risk for inclusion in training for the labor market

    • Developed Bulgarian model of individual and group work with youth at risk in the labor market; Developed curriculum and curriculum for training teachers to work with young people at risk

    • Trained 11 multipliers from all branches of the SE “BGVTC”

    • Trained 40 teachers from all branches of the SE “BGVTC”

    • Print 100 pieces  guides for teachers of adults

    • Conducted social experiment to test the developed model for Bulgarian individual and group work with youth at risk for involvement in the labor market with 50 young participants up to 29 years.

    Overall objective of the project:

    Improving competitiveness and increasing the employability of unemployed persons from vulnerable groups in the labor market through the implementation of a complex of measures that meet their specific needs and requirements of employers: training to acquire knowledge and skills in professions and specialties of key competencies and motivation for active behavior of the labor market.

    Total project cost: 144 567, 68 levs

    Specific objectives:

    1. Conducting training for a first level of vocational training in:

    • Word processing – branches Pleven, Tsarevo and Stara Zagora

    • Welding – branch Stara Zagora

    • Cashier- branch Stara Zagora

    2. Conducting training in the job:

    • Operator-information assurance – branch Pazardzhik

    • Associate in small and medium business – branch Tsarevo

    • Hairdresser – branch Smolyan

    3. Training on key competences:

    • Communication in foreign languages, English language level A1 – branch Pazardzhik

    • Social and civic competences – branch Stara Zagora

    • Initiative and entrepreneurship- branches Pleven, Smolyan, Stara Zagora

    • Initiative and entrepreneurship- branches Pleven, Smolyan, Stara Zagora

    • Initiative and entrepreneurship through competitive advantage in tourism by sommelier

    5. Development of individual plans for professional development and improvement of all beneficiaries

    Target group:

    1. Unemployed persons registered at the directorates “Employment agency” in Pazardzhik, Pleven, Stara Zagora, Smolyan and Tsarevo and the regions.

    2. People from disadvantaged groups in the labor market:

    • Young people up to 29 years

    • Long-term unemployed

    • People over the age of 50

    • Unemployed persons with low or unintended labor market vocational training and a shortage of key competencies, unemployed with low education

    • People with disabilities and other

    3. Persons aged 16 years with primary education

    Results:

    1. 74 persons received training for acquiring professional qualification in: Word Processing, Welding, Cashier

    2. 38 persons trained in the part of the profession: Operator-information assurance, Associate SMB, Hairdresser

    3. 112 unemployed people acquire new key competences: communication in foreign languages, English language level A1, Public and civic competences, Initiative and entrepreneurship, Initiative and entrepreneurship through competitive advantage in tourism by sommelier

    4. 112 persons received training motivation for active labor market behavior

    5. 112 persons received training motivation for active labor market behavior

    6. Developed plans for professional development and improvement of all participants in the training
